For just a few days, the bridge is being used to stage Tin Shed Theatre's production of Herman Melville's novel Moby Dick.
The audience and actors occupy the gondola which usually carries cars and passengers across the river.
Here, at the start of the production, the gondola is parked at the left of the bridge before moving to the centre of the river
