Lord Pirbright's tomb at Wyke
Lord Pirbright was buried not in the village from which he took his title but at Wyke, which was the parish church for his home at Henley Park. His tomb, which stands in a prominent position beside the road, is decorated with an extensive obituary. Clearly modesty was not felt necessary.
