The square containing Brock Hill and Colony Bog is in the very heart of the Pirbright Ranges danger area. I have now approached it from three sides with varying degrees of success. This picture is taken from the eastern perimeter looking WSW into the square. The furthest trees in this view are just inside the square - well, that's what I've convinced myself anyway!
