Redevelopment progress at Snow Hill
Some 4 months after SP0687 : Redevelopment at Snow Hill was taken the central lift and services shaft has been cast and erection of the steelwork skeleton of the building is in progress. In the foreground is the roof of a West Midlands Metro Tram. Part of this development will provide a viaduct between the existing station (just visible on the left) and the new tower block to enable the tramway to be moved and access the streets in central Birmingham.
