Don't worry about the sign, the Will Woodlands charity that owns the estate welcomes the public onto their estate. So much so that they installed electronic monitoring equipment on the 7 entry/exit points. The land agent has said that "the general public is also increasingly enjoying the site", so come and enjoy it yourself. By the way, the 6 foot fence all around the estate is to keep the deer out. The farm is under the trees. These are mature sycamore and form a nice short avenue up to the farm buildings.
