Broadoak Bridge and weir
Broadoak Bridge and weir
Broadoak Bridge carries the approach driveway to Sutton Place from the A3 over the Wey Navigation. The weir in the background marks the point where the natural channel of the river and one of the canalised sections part company for a couple of miles – the Navigation turns sharp left just beyond the bridge. The towpath is part of European Long Distance Path E2, which runs from Stranraer to Nice. Looking NE.
