Bottle Hill Gate
Bottle Hill Gate
This is the view of the moor gate from the edge of Crownhill Down. The gate leads to a muddy bridleway, which continues as a metalled road to the foot of Bottle Hill. The enclosed land on the right-hand side of the track contains the site of two 19th Century tin mines.
