On the Salmon Leap Walk
On the Salmon Leap Walk
This is a way-marked walking route on the Philiphaugh Estate on the outskirts of Selkirk called the Salmon Leap Walk. The people ahead are looking out over the cauld, see NT4427 : The cauld on the Ettrick Water, for the chance of seeing salmon leaping out of the Ettrick Water. For more information on the cauld and the Philiphaugh Salmon Viewing Centre, see: LinkExternal link
