Turbine No 16 under construction on Scout Moor
During appalling weather conditions of rain and fog the top 22 metre section of turbine number 16 was lifted into position at Scoutmoor Wind Farm in November 2007.
Now complete since this picture was taken the total height, including the blades, is 100 metres.
