Rough country below Ruadh-stac Beag
Rough country below Ruadh-stac Beag
This photo was taken after descending from the main Ben Eighe ridge west of Sgurr Ban. It was timed at 16:39 on the 15th June, 2004. This is rough country without a footpath across shattered quartzite rocks and spongey grass, with Ruadh-stac Beag on one side and the pinnacles of Sgurr nan Fhir Duibhe on the other. Contouring around to the east brings you eventually onto the Pony Track from Anacaun.
