Labrador Bay Beach
This view shows the remains of a concrete boat which locals say was beached and abandoned here in Labrador Bay after World War II. It was beached just beneath the site of the Labrador Bay holiday accommodation and tearoom which was perched halfway down the cliff and largely destroyed by fire on 25th March 1938. The interesting thing is that the amount of the old concrete vessel on display various enormously according to the movement of the sand especially after an easterly storm.SX9370 : Labrador Bay Beach
