The south end of the path along the Tarmachan ridge. Since the early 1980's this top has been shown high enough to interest the munro baggers at 916m. Normally tops are not often visited, but the Tarmachan ridge is very popular.
The summit is just out of sight in the mist.

In 2014 using differential GPS the summit was surveyed at 914.3m (under 3000')
