Culvert on the Selby Canal
Culvert on the Selby Canal
This substantial construction is simply a means of enabling a stream in this flat area to cross the canal. The problem is that the water level in the stream is slightly higher than that in the Canal, so a tube under the Canal has had to be constructed.
