Precipice, Gad Cliff
Precipice, Gad Cliff
This vertical precipice at the top of Gad Cliff is composed of Portland Stone. In plan view the precipice edge has a 'crinkled' profile. The coastal path follows a straight course, behind the crinkled cliff-top. In the far distance is the headland of St Aldhelm's Head.
