Dunsapie Loch
Dunsapie Loch
A family group gazes across Dunsapie Loch. The loch is artificial, created in 1844 as a feature of Holyrood Park, and is now known for its wildfowl. The surface is about 110 metres (361 feet) above sea level although looking in this direction the distant sea gives the illusion of being an almost continuous body of water.
