SU2968 : Farmland, Froxfield
near to Froxfield, Wiltshire, Great Britain

Farmland, Froxfield
In the foreground is pasture (cattle were congregated to my left) whereas across the valley are arable fields. The crop there had a very yellowy appearance which I can't explain. The low sun also shows up a crater. Maps don't give an explanation for that - it may be a old chalk-pit or possibly a bomb crater. There is a frosty strip alongside the A4.
