Creag Chathalain
Creag Chathalain
Some impressive crags above a narrow gorge. The rock is a mica schist. I know of no climbing exploration here, but it looks worth a visit.
The hill is named after an Ulster nobleman who eloped with Cluny MacPherson's daughter and was killed for his troubles. Usual story, betrayed by tracks in the snow.
