Great Orme Lighthouse
The Lighthouse was built in 1862 by the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company who built a fortress like building using dressed limestone and vast bulks of Canadian pitch pine. It was in use as a lighthouse until 1985 and is now a guesthouse.
