No footbridge
The 1:25k map could be interpreted such that there should be a foot bridge across the Afon Teifi just upstream of Penddol Fawr farm. The crossing is really further downstream at the farm, which is maybe more plausible anyway... The Afon Teifi, here in full spate, is joined by the Afon Mwyro (
SN7665 : Berthgoed farm track and Afon Mwyro) just below Penddol Fawr. From there, it becomes one of the main rivers of Wales. The Teifi valley bottom straddles the southern edge of this square; there is a mixture of woods and farmland on the slopes to the north.
