Burnham-on-Sea Pier

Barely classified as a pier, but saved by its well-maintained and accessible walkway on the opposite side. Built sometime in the early 1910s, its apparently revolutionary reinforced concrete structure made it a major destination for not just tourists but marine engineers who had read of its existence.
