Former Essex Show Ground/New Race Course, Great Leighs, Essex
Located 5 miles north of Chelmsford on the A131, this former County Show Ground is being developed as a race course. With extensive groundworks being carried out it is hoping to enter the horse racing calendar for 2006. It will be Britain's newest race course since 1927.
