NY2933 : Summit Cairn, Great Sca Fell

taken 17 years ago, 3 km from Branthwaite, Cumbria, England

Summit Cairn, Great Sca Fell
Summit Cairn, Great Sca Fell
Awkward to locate in mist but identified by the grassy track which heads west downhill to Meal Fell. No cairn here when Wainright wrote his book but on my first visit on 8.8.88. a small cairn had materialised.
