SN7766 : Summit of Disgwylfa

taken 16 years ago, 4 km ESE of Ffair-Rhos, Ceredigion/Sir Ceredigion, Wales

Summit of Disgwylfa
Summit of Disgwylfa
Disgwylfa, a name shared Link among many hills in west Wales, is always a guarantee for a good outlook (literally). In this case, a 360 degree panorama of the Teifi pools (NE, SN7867 : Llyn Teifi dam) and the Teifi valley and Cors Caron (SW, SN6761 : Afon Teifi a Cors Caron / River Teifi and Tregaron Bog) opens up. The summit itself is rather unspectacular, with only a handful of rocks sticking out among the grass.
