Several bridges of the Llangollen Canal were built with cast iron arches SJ2742 : Llangollen Canal Bridge no. 31 as opposed to the normal arch of brickwork.SJ2541 : Canal Bridge 35 These beams would have been made at the nearby Plas Kynaston foundary.
