Fish ladder at Pitlochry dam
Fish ladder at Pitlochry dam
The dam was built at Pitlochry 60 years ago to help bring electric power to the highlands. The famous salmon ladder enables the fish to negotiate the height difference between the River Tummel and the Loch Faskally reservoir.
