Flood meadows flooded
Flood meadows flooded
I believe that I have read that this field, most of which is in ST8963, is intended to flood in order to provide some control over the level of the Avon.

However, the river level here is somewhat higher than normal with the water just level with the top of the banking beside the B3107 which is visible to the right and centre of the image.
