TM2039 : Derelict enclosure by Yachtsman's Cottage

taken 10 years ago, near to Nacton, Suffolk, Great Britain

Derelict enclosure by Yachtsman's Cottage
Derelict enclosure by Yachtsman's Cottage
This structure was built in brick and render out onto the shore at Nacton Quay. Perhaps it could be filled at high tide. Compare TM2039 : Old dock at Nacton Quay, taken with leaves on the trees, obscuring the cottage behind. I thought the enclosure was a swimming pool: Bob Jones says it's an old dock. He should know.
