Site of Plainmoor tram depot
Tram lines and a "somewhat inaccurate plaque" marks the entrance to the site of the tram depot on Westhill Avenue, used as a Council lorry depot until 1993 when it was demolished. The housing shown in SX9165 : Westhill Avenue, Torquay was then built. Trams ran in Torbay between 1907 and 1934. Quote and information from LinkExternal link .
