Canley Halt and footbridge
Canley Halt and footbridge
The footbridge replaced a level crossing on Canley Road as part of the west coast rail line improvements. This part of Canley Road and the surrounding roads have become something of a backwater for bus routes. The right turn ahead leads to car parking for the station and cul de sacs.
West Coast Main Line
The West Coast Main line is a 399 mile long high speed railway from London Euston to Glasgow. The route has a long history dating back to the 1830s. The route today is one of the busiest in the country and serves the West Midlands, North West, North Wales and Southern Scotland.
