NY6834 : Summit plateau of Cross Fell

taken 10 years ago, 5 km from Kirkland, Cumbria, Great Britain

Summit plateau of Cross Fell
Summit plateau of Cross Fell
At 893m, the highest point in the Pennines. The blob on the horizon is the radome on Great Dun Fell, 848m, the second highest. The grey mass beyond and to the left of Great Dun Fell is not a hill, it's a cloud!
