SX4148 : Queener Point

Queener Point
Queener Point
View northwards from Rame Head across Whitsand Bay. The Dartmouth slate strata here are almost vertical and run out into the sea for some distance. The many submerged rock faces here and (as a result) the ship wrecks half a mile off shore create a rich marine environment. This spot is very popular with shore anglers.
