The Chester Millennium Festival Trail is a route that was created in the year 2000, and which winds through the city passing 40 buildings of architectural interest. Waymarker No.4 is BELL TOWER, and the design is entitled "A bell in its tower". It is set into the walkway of the city walls by the Addleshaw Tower.
