Brunel Green, Saltash, taken 11 years ago
Brunel Green, Saltash. The grassed area was originally a salt water swimming pool where water from the River Tamar was held at high tide. After a boat collided with its wall causing severe damage, it was never repaired. At the far corner are a set of the original steps to the pool, which now lead straight into the wall of the road above.
