Stream that runs down from the Meadowbank lake (TQ1649 : Lake and Weir at Meadowbank Park) to the River Mole. The stream gives its name to an estate (Pippbrook) where the district council offices now stand (TQ1749 : Mole Valley District Council Offices, Dorking). Pippbrook house (TQ1749 : Public Library, Pippbrook House, Reigate Road, Dorking, RH4 1SH) is now Dorking's public library.
