This is the Rose Revived a 16th century Inn in Newbridge Oxfordshire. The “new bridge” carries the A415 over the River Thames, it is in fact one of the oldest surviving bridges anywhere on the river. A quick "google" reveals little has changed in the twenty-five years since the photo was taken
