ST8155 : 2008 : Dillybrook Farm

taken 10 years ago, near to Rode, Somerset, Great Britain

2008 : Dillybrook Farm
2008 : Dillybrook Farm
Dilly is an old word for duck. It is possible that the brook running behind the farm house was once used for raising ducks for the market.
The brook here forms the county boundary between Wiltshire, to the right and Somerset to the left.
ST8155 : Dillybrook Cottage gives a closer view of the farmhouse.
