The Chester Millennium Festival Trail is a route that was created in the year 2000, and which winds through the city passing 40 buildings of architectural interest. This marker is named WATER TOWER and is No 34. It is set into the city walls walkway next to Bonewaldesthornes's Tower. The Water Tower itself can only be accessed through Bonewaldesthorne's Tower, which is opened about three times a year.
