SP0686 : Burne-Jones' house

taken 10 years ago, near to Birmingham, Great Britain

Burne-Jones' house
Burne-Jones' house
Sir Edward Burne-Jones was born on this site in Bennett's Hill in 1833 and baptized in nearby St Philip's cathedral, which is now adorned with four great windows by the artist. A distinctly non-Pre-Raphaelite face smiles out of the window at the right!
