The church of St Andrew and All Saints
The church of St Andrew and All Saints
Like a number of other churches in this area, the tower here is on the south side, not at the usual west end. The main features of St Andrews & All Saints church date from the Perpendicular period but it is believed that a much earlier church has stood here; there is evidence of restoration work carried out in Victorian times, and additions to the vestry and chancel were made during this time also. Visitors are welcome here - the church is open every day. For more information see: LinkExternal link
