The Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham
The Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham
Begun in 1768 by Mundy Musters, The Hall was incomplete by his death in 1770. His son John Musters took over the project and had completed the building by 1774 making it the last Georgian building in West Bridgford. It was sold to West Bridgford Urban and District Council in 1923. When the District Council moved to the Bridgford House Hotel at Trent Bridge in 1982 the Hall was converted into the Register Office for the District of Rushcliffe. The building also houses the Social Services Departments of Nottinghamshire County Council.
