Hadlow Road Station, Willaston
Hadlow Road Station, Willaston
Why was it called Hadlow Road and not Willaston station? Historicaly it belonged to 'The Cheshire Lines Company' as Cheshire had another place called Willaston, it being situated near Crewe, and consequently that it got a rail link, and this Willaston had to be differentiated to avoid confusing passengers and booking clerks alike.
