Tunshill House
Tunshill House
This house at Milnrow was, for a time, the home of the family of John "Earthquake" Milne (18501913), a pioneer seismologist.

It was at one time the King's Arms public house and the arms have been built into the recently added stone porch. A picture of the building before this addition can be seen at SD9413 : Former 'King's Arms', Tunshill, near Milnrow, Lancashire

A close up of the arms can be seen at SD9413 : The King's Arms
