The Navigation Inn
The Navigation Inn
This is one of two traditional inns built to serve the navigation trade at Trent Lock. This was a major hub, being the point where the Erewash Canal (serving the Notts and Derby coalfield) and the River Soar (providing the link to Leicester and London) meet.
