Buildings have been designed with natural a ventilation strategy and provide good access to natural daylight. Concrete has been used for heating / cooling purposes and energy consumption and heat generation have been reduced through the use of ‘thin client’ technology. Carbon emissions have been reduced by 75% using a biomass heating system and rainwater is harvested in a SUDS pond.
