SO5300 : Tintern Railway Station

taken 40 years ago, near to Brockweir, Gloucestershire, England

Tintern Railway Station.
Tintern Railway Station.
No trains call here now, the station has been restored. The gap between the platforms has been filled in and has become a picnic area. It is within walking distance of the River Wye. Also on site is a signal gantry (just seen in the distance), a restored Signal Box and some railway coaches on a short piece of track.
