The Church of St Mary Le Wigford, Lincoln
The Church of St Mary Le Wigford, Lincoln
Medieval church with Saxo-Norman nave and added tower; the rest of mostly 13th century date, much restored in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

A visitor to this church seriously remarked, "Fancy building the church so close to the railway." The railway actually arrived in 1848.
