View of New Dean House, Stainland
Taken from across the valley of Red lane Dike. The buildings are at the top of the gentler slope that has been made into fields, probably never used for anything but grass. Above is a steep uncultivated slope, above which are more fields. The valley bottom is woodland, which extends well up the steep western side.
