Track entering Ridley Wood, New Forest
Track entering Ridley Wood, New Forest
This track enters Ridley Wood from the west, with the beech on the left of this photo the first significant tree that you pass. Many of the trees in this wood are similar, a twisted multitude of trunklets. Off to the right is a deeply sunken hollow, previously the western entrance to the wood.
