SO0950 : Looking down the Milo valley

taken 16 years ago, near to Llanbadarn-y-Garreg, Powys, Wales

Looking down the Milo valley
Looking down the Milo valley
The farm at the head of the valley, Blaenmilo-uchaf, is seen in its setting, with the Milo brook flowing along the lowest line of trees. The valley is very sheltered, running north-south and therefore protected from the westerly winds by the higher moorland above the enclosed farmland.
