TA4114 : The Road to Spurn Point

taken 10 years ago, near to Kilnsea, East Riding of Yorkshire, Great Britain

The Road to Spurn Point
The Road to Spurn Point
Part Concrete, part tarmac, part track, the road at this point crosses this concrete circle which we believe was the base of a turntable for the railway line which ran the length of Spurn. Two sections of track can still be seen e.g. TA4112 : Rail Track on Spurn Peninsula.
